Welcome to 17 SDGs, 17 Worlds

We hear about the Sustainable Development Goals in conference rooms, policy briefs, and international summits. We read about 2030 deadlines and 2050 targets. But what does an SDG actually look like when it arrives at your doorstep?
What does “Climate Action” feel like on the day after a heavy storm in a rural village? What does “Clean Energy” smell like in a home kitchen at dusk?
17 SDGs, 17 Worlds is a story-first series exploring the human reality of global goals. In each entry, we imagine a world where we got it right, where global commitments translated into local safety, dignity, and resilience before turning back to face today’s reality and the concrete steps needed to bridge the gap.
First up: SDG 13 (Climate Action) Day After the Rains.
