“NOTHING IS PERMANENT, NOT EVEN THE WORST FEELINGS.“

When I first read this, it made so much sense. Maybe it struck me because I had been wondering whether I was really doing a good job at work. The lack of satisfaction was heartbreaking, and what made it worse was that others had started noticing it too.
At first, I tried to convince myself that it was because there wasn’t much to do. But after attending a meeting, I realized there was plenty of work; I just wasn’t participating. That realization hit hard. Yet somehow, after reflecting on that quote, my day didn’t feel as heavy as it had before.
It’s true that nothing is permanent, and that includes our emotions. When we get too invested in our negative feelings, we risk missing the chance to see where things went wrong or to find a way forward. Understanding this helps you realize that no matter how difficult a situation feels, there is always another path ahead.
So, this is just a gentle reminder: your feelings are valid, but they are not permanent. Move forward because a bad moment, a bad day, or even a bad season doesn’t mean the end for you.
